6 PM:

“America's Funniest Home Videos” (ABC; ends at 7 PM)

“60 Minutes” (CBS; ends at 7 PM)

“XX Winter Olympic Games” (NBC; ends at 11 PM)-Figure skating; alpine skiing; speed skating; cross country skiing; bobsled; freestyle skiing.

“Malcolm in the Middle” (FOX; ends at 6:30 PM)-Hal gets a devastating phone call that his father has passed away, but because he never knew his father he doesn’t shed a tear.  In an attempt to overcompensate with his kids, Hal takes the boys shopping, lets them miss school and offers to buy Malcolm a new car until Lois steps in.  Hal’s buddy Abe thinks that a visit from George Takei will cheer him up.

7 PM:

“Extreme Makeover: Home Edition” (ABC; ends at 8 PM)

“Charmed” (WB; ends at 8 PM)

“Celebrity Fit Club 3” (VH1; ends at 8 PM)-Jeff Conaway returns from rehab.  Also: a challenge involving a three-story tower.

8 PM:

“Desperate Housewives” (ABC; ends at 9 PM)-Edie thinks that Karl is going to pop the question, but he's really trying to marry Susan, Carlos learns more about the fractured relationship between Gabrielle and her mother, Lucia (guest star Maria Conchita Alonso), and Lynette learns the extent of Bree's problem with alcohol.  I think that this re-marriage between Susan and Carl is a mistake.  Why can't Mike marry Susan?

Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines (CBS; ends at 10:30 PM)-2003 action/sci-fi movie starring Arnold Schwarzenegger, Nick Stahl, and Claire Danes.

“#1 Single” (E!; ends at 8:30 PM)-Lisa focuses on finishing an overdue music project.

“Flavor of Love” (VH1; ends at 9 PM)-With four ladies remaining, Flav takes two to Palm Springs, Cal., for a spa retreat, and two to a safari and hotel in San Diego.  The catch: On both trips, Flav has one suite for two women.

9 PM:

“Grey’s Anatomy” (ABC; ends at 10 PM)-Someone from Derek and Addison's past arrives in Seattle and shakes things up.  Meanwhile, Burke learns about Christina's secret and, after a visit with her mother, Meredith looks into more of her family's dirty laundry.  I have a question for you...why didn't the bomb expert, played by Kyle Chandler, have a bomb containment device ready right outside the door?  Why did he have to take the bomb down the hall to get rid of it?

12 AM:

“Boondocks” (Adult Swim; ends at 12:30 AM)-Riley's affinity for graffiti goes too far when neighbors wake up to giant murals on their homes. Maybe a sweet natured, psycho war vet art teacher can help reel him in.

1 AM:

“Moral Orel” (Adult Swim; ends at 1:15 AM)-Orel gets into trouble when he accidentally finds his way into the town's only sex shop.

Watching/Recording Suggestions:

At 9 AM, watch “Celebrity Fit Club 3” when it airs early at this time on VH1.  At 10 AM, watch “Flavor of Love” when it airs early at this time on VH1.  At 6 PM, watch “Malcolm in the Middle.”  At 8 PM, watch “Desperate Housewives.”  At 9 PM, watch “Grey’s Anatomy.”  At 11 PM, watch “#1 Single” when it repeats at this time on E!  At 12 AM, watch or TiVo “Boondocks.”  At 1 AM, watch or TiVo “Moral Orel.”
