“Deal or No Deal” (NBC; ends at 8 PM)-Second season premiere.  Actor/comedian Howie Mandel hosts this international game show phenomenon where contestants try their luck in a game of chance and odds to become a millionaire.  Each night, a contestant is confronted with 26 sealed briefcases full of varying amounts of cash...ranging from a measly penny to $1 million dollars.  Without knowing the amount in each briefcase, the contestant picks one...his to keep, if he chooses, until its unsealing at game's end.  The game kicks into high gear when the amount of cash in each case is revealed to the contestant round-by-round...and is tempted after each round by a mysterious entity known only as “The Bank” to accept an offer of cash in exchange for what might be contained in the contestant's chosen briefcase...prompting Mandel to ask the all-important question...Deal or No Deal?  Donald Trump guest stars as he consults one lucky player.  Peter Montesanti from Las Vegas, Nevada, and Cheryl Jackson from Plano, Texas compete.  Gee...could The Donald be guest starring to promote his show that follows this one?

“Skating With Celebrities” (FOX; ends at 8 PM)-The celebrities and their professional figure skating partners, Kristy Swanson & Lloyd Eisler and Jillian Barberie & John Zimmerman, have one last chance to show the judges their stuff as the last two pairs hit the ice to perform required elements while trying to complete graceful routines.  I am predicting that Team Barbarie will win.

“All of Us” (UPN; ends at 8 PM)-After making a spectacle of themselves at their restaurant in front of a famous critic, Clarence Dewitt (guest star Cedric the Entertainer), Robert and Neesee are horrified when the critic publicly declares that despite the good food, the owners are unbearable, leading the two to reevaluate their business partnership.  Meanwhile, while babysitting Bobby, Dirk blows him off for a girl, so Bobby decides to get a little payback by making crank calls on his Uncle Dirk's cell phone.

8 PM:

“The Bachelor 8: Paris” (ABC; ends at 10 PM)-Two-hour season finale.  Travis faces an excruciating choice between the final two women...Moana and Sarah S.  As he prepares to make one of the most difficult decisions of his life, Travis' parents, sister, brother-in-law, and two nieces fly to Paris to meet the two ladies and weigh in on his choice.  The nervous Bachelorettes get some much-needed emotional support when they are surprised by their mothers flying to Paris to help them prepare for their big day.  The moms take their daughters shopping at Escada for gowns to wear at the final rose ceremony and to Chopard to assist the Bachelorettes in selecting the perfect engagement ring.  When the women meet his family members, Travis' relatives are impressed by one, while the other raises questions in their minds.  Travis is resolved to make his own decision, though he struggles over this until the bitter end.  Each woman has a chance to plan one last date with Travis before he makes his crucial choice, selecting the woman who has stolen his heart.  I'm only rooting for Moana because I think that she will be a more interesting fiancιe.  I doubt that they will stay together though.

“The Apprentice 5” (NBC; ends at 9 PM)-Season premiere on a new night.  In a series first, Trump chooses two captains to pick their own teams after only just meeting.  They're given their first task...to utilize Goodyear blimps to market Sam's Club Memberships. The team that markets the product most successfully wins.  “Synergy” gets off to a rough start when personalities clash as one candidate feels excluded and others feel threatened.  “Gold Rush” learns smooth sailing doesn't always last.  Tempers flare and accusations are made as candidates begin what is sure to become a heated 15- week job interview.  Trump's loyal lieutenants George Ross and Carolyn Kepcher return for a fifth season along with the original “Apprentice,” Bill Rancic, who fills in for Ross while he is away on business.

“24” (FOX; ends at 9 PM)-As the hostiles elevate the threat, a conflicted President Logan disagrees with the advice of First Lady Martha Logan, who then takes matters into her own hands.  Meanwhile, CTU honcho Lynn McGill copes with the day’s escalating intensity and agent Bauer comes face to face with Christopher Henderson (guest star Peter Weller), the federal agent who recruited him to counterterrorist work more than a decade ago.  The Russian extremists continue to undermine the historic arms treaty when they plan an act of war that could change the world forever.  Why does the totally incapable Logan have to get saved over and over by Martha?  The previews for this week make it look like Martha is a goner...and on this show, that's a big possibility.

“Girlfriends” (UPN; ends at 8:30 PM)

“Related” (WB; ends at 9 PM)-After complications with her pregnancy escalate, Ginnie and Bob find themselves at the hospital and more scared than they've even been in their entire lives.  Meanwhile, Anne and Danny try to figure out whether their recent hook-up at her father's wedding has changed the way they feel about each other, and Jason and Joel come to the hospital to lend their support to Marjee and Rose, respectively.
