2007 February Sweeps February 12 Listings

5 PM:

Lincoln Heights (ABC Family; ends at 6 PM)-When Eddie and Jenn find an abandoned baby in their neighborhood, they scramble to learn the identity and whereabouts of the mother.  Meanwhile, Lizzie has a case of puppy love, and Cassie's relationship with Charles becomes a distraction for her father.

6 PM:

Wildfire (ABC Family; ends at 7 PM)-Kris worries about her status at Raintree after Gillian moves into the bunkhouse with Matt and begins offering unsolicited advice about Wildfire's training.  Meanwhile, a Davis family health scare brings Junior back to the ranch, but Dani isn't so sure she needs any help.

Gay, Straight or Taken? (Lifetime; ends at 6:30 PM)-Mystical-themed dates, including hypnosis, tarot card readings, and a group date to a séance.

6:30 PM:

Gay, Straight or Taken? (Lifetime; ends at 7 PM)-Second new episode.  Jenner, a 27-year-old real-estate agent, plays detective to determine whether club promoter Mike, bartender Luciano, or personal trainer Chris is available for her to date.

7 PM:

Wife Swap (ABC; ends at 8 PM)-A hard-partying, rock-and-roll mom swaps families with a devout teetotaler who home schools her three daughters and believes in old-fashioned values.

How I Met Your Mother (CBS; ends at 7:30 PM)-When Ted picks up a "lucky" penny, a maelstrom of bad luck ensues, but picking up the penny may be the best thing that Ted has ever done.  After a complex string of unfortunate events impact Ted and the gang-from Marshall's injured toe keeping him out of the marathon, to Barney running in his place and the resulting aftermath-Ted concludes that the stray coin changed more than just his luck and that it was his destiny to pick up that penny.

Deal or No Deal (NBC; ends at 8 PM)

24 (FOX; ends at 9 PM)-Two-hour episode.  The nation continues to reel from the terrorist attacks and Agent Bauer battles unthinkable circumstances.  Additionally, savvy politico Reed Pollock and Vice President Noah Daniels become increasingly involved while Gredenko and Fayed maneuver the threat.

Everybody Hates Chris (CW; ends at 7:30 PM)-A scholarly substitute teacher (guest star Orlando Jones) makes Chris' life a living hell by holding him to a higher standard than his classmates.  Meanwhile, Tonya learns that she can always get her way by accusing Drew of hitting her, and Mr. Omar gets on Julius' last nerve when he takes advantage of his neighborly generosity.  Todd Bridges plays Doc's nephew, Monk.

My Super Sweet 16 (MTV; ends at 7:30 PM)-Ariel wants to be a princess at her fairy-tale-themed party.

I Love New York (VH1; ends at 8 PM)-The remaining seven contestants try to impress New York with their hoops skills.  WNBA player Tamara Moore helps judge the best baller.

7:30 PM:

The Class (CBS; ends at 8 PM)-Valentine's Day is meant to be spent with those you love, but the holiday is anything but that when a snowstorm hits Philadelphia and strands the former classmates at each other's homes.  While redecorating Yonk and Nicole's place, Perry ends up stuck at their home and makes the most of the snowstorm by cooking an elaborate meal for Duncan and Nicole.  Meanwhile, when Kat and Kyle get stuck at Ethan's apartment, he does his best to get rid of them so he can spend some romantic time with Palmer (recurring guest star Jaime King, Sin City, Pearl Harbor.)  Also, Richie's attempts to fight the storm and get to Lina's place prove futile.  Trent Ford ("The West Wing," Gosford Park) guest stars in a recurring role as Benjamin Chow, a world famous violinist who is dating Kat.

All of Us (CW; ends at 8 PM)-Bobby cheats on his aptitude test and suddenly find himself in the gifted students' program.  Robert and Neesee are thrilled with Bobby's book smarts and encourage him to participate in the school's annual academic competition.  Meanwhile, Neesee's new friend and neighbor, Michelle (guest star Toni Trucks, "Veronica Mars"), sets her up on a date with a guy who turns out to have a weird fetish.

Engaged & Underage (MTV; ends at 8 PM)-Bre wants to marry her immature boyfriend.

8 PM:

Supernanny (ABC; ends at 9 PM)-John and Denise Bruno have their hands full with their four girls.  Dad's got issues with the two teenagers, Mariah (15) and Taylor (13), while Mom's fed up with the two youngest, Bella (6) and Sam (4.)  Mariah was born with fairly severe cerebral palsy and gets daily physical therapy from Mom, but she has no physical contact with Dad, as he no longer helps her out with her therapy.  Mariah craves her dad's affection.  John, a very traditional dad, doesn't approve of teen Taylor's punk-goth style and strong-will; they are constantly butting heads.  The most difficult part of the day for Denise is when she's trying to do therapy with Mariah and the little ones interrupt and distract them.  The girls' tantrums and demands have driven Denise to the end of her rope.  Jo's faced with the challenge of saving Dad's relationships with the two oldest girls, especially Taylor, before they're too far gone, and getting Denise to demand respect from the little ones and keep them from interfering with her therapy time with Mariah.  Can this family be saved?

Two and a Half Men (CBS; ends at 8:30 PM)-When Rose announces she is moving to London, Charlie must face his true feelings for her.  Rose's heartfelt attempt to tell Charlie that she's leaving for good falls on deaf ears.  Meanwhile, Alan fudges his profile on an Internet dating service, attracting a fellow profile embellisher, Beverly (Emmy and SAG Award winner Allison Janney, "The West Wing.")

Heroes (NBC; ends at 9 PM)-While the scandalous truth about Claire’s real father is revealed, her adoptive mother (recurring guest star Ashley Crow) faces a crisis.  Matt takes a job as a bodyguard for a crooked attorney (guest star Aron Malsky), which puts him in the crosshairs of Linderman’s new assassin.  Hiro and Ando return to Las Vegas to find the sword, but get sidetracked by a damsel in distress (guest star Missi Pyle.)  Suresh finds someone on the list and unknowingly puts himself in grave danger.  Meanwhile, Simone turns to some unlikely help in her and Nathan’s struggle to find Peter.

Girlfriends (CW; ends at 8:30 PM)

ego trip’s The (White) Rapper Show (VH1; ends at 9 PM)-The aspiring emcees visit Hot 97's morning show.  Later, Saigon and N.O.R.E. lecture the rappers on what the rap game is all about.

8:30 PM:

Rules of Engagement (CBS; ends at 9 PM)-Though he's unhappy that Audrey spent more than usual for his birthday party, Jeff wants to stay on her good side to ensure he gets his yearly birthday deal.  Though Jeff won't reveal what he gets, Adam decides to bring up the subject to Jennifer and is then worried when Jennifer not only agrees to give him a birthday deal, but announces that she wants to get one in return.  Meanwhile, Russell is obsessed with trying to figure out what Jeff's birthday present really is.

The Game (CW; ends at 9 PM)-When Jason doesn't get selected for the Pro Bowl game he begins to question his future and starts planning for retirement.  Meanwhile, Malik is selected for the Pro Bowl once again, but decides not to take Tasha with him to Hawaii, fearing she will embarrass him by trying to scout new clients.

Dancelife (MTV; ends at 9 PM)-Kenny's girlfriend, Pussycat Doll Ashley Roberts, is in town.  Meanwhile, Jersey is surprised by a nice date with Kenny's roommate, Nick.

9 PM:

What About Brian (ABC; ends at 10 PM)-Now that both Brian and Bridget have lost their real estate jobs and she has lost her condo, she moves into Brian's apartment, where he has taken a job as the building manager.  Brian helps two extremely attractive women, Laura (guest star Jessica Szohr) and Stephanie (guest star Stacy Keibler), move into the apartment downstairs.  Meanwhile, Deena and Dave discuss whether he should move back home to help with their daughter's ear surgery recovery, Nicole fantasizes about Jamie (guest star Tom Parker), her "manny," and now that he's separated, Adam takes a vow of celibacy.

C.S.I: Miami (CBS; ends at 10 PM)-Eric Delko is pronounced dead after being shot in the head.  Not wanting to give up, Horatio has the C.S.I. rushed to the hospital and watches as doctors try to bring him back. Meanwhile, the C.S.I.s find evidence that could lead them to Clavo Cruz, the man behind Eric's shooting.

Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip (NBC; ends at 10 PM)-Matt remembers how he and Harriet first met.

Watching/Recording Suggestions:

At 5 PM, watch “Lincoln Heights.”  At 6 PM, watch “Wildfire;” record both episodes of “Gay, Straight or Taken?” on TiVo.  At 7 PM, watch “How I Met Your Mother”/“The Class;” record “Wife Swap” on TiVo, “24” on VCR 2, and “Everybody Hates Chris”/“All of Us” on VCR 3.  At 8 PM, watch “Two and a Half Men”/“Rules of Engagement;” record “Supernanny” on TiVo, “Heroes” on VCR 1, the rest of “24” on VCR 2, and “The Game” on VCR 3 (at 8:30 PM.)  At 9 PM, watch “C.S.I.: Miami;” record “What About Brian” on TiVo, “Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip” VCR 1, and “I Love New York” when it repeats at this time on VH1.  At 11 PM, watch “ego trip’s The (White) Rapper Show” when it repeats at this time on VH1.  Watch “My Super Sweet 16,” “Engaged & Underage,” and “Dancelife” when they repeat throughout the week on MTV.
