Elizabeth Hurley has set a March 3 date for her English countryside wedding with textile heir Arun Nayar, per a public announcement at the Gloucestershire register's office.

A stylist is suing Jamie Foxx for allegedly failing to pay her in full for dressing him for last year's BET Awards and a series of Miami Vice press junkets. Per the complaint, Stacy Young says Foxx owes her thousands of dollars in costs and for the gigs she turned down in order to work for the Oscar winner.

Ben Affleck, Tom Cruise, Kirsten Dunst, and Kate Winslet are joining the lineup of stars slated to present other stars with their Oscar trophies at the 79th Academy Awards on Feb. 25.

Omar Sharif pled no contest Tuesday to a misdemeanor battery charge stemming from a 2005 dust-up with a Beverly Hills parking attendant who refused to accept European currency for payment. He was sentenced to two years summary probation and 15 sessions of anger management counseling. We're thinking he could also use a few lessons on ATM operation.

Kate Winslet is threatening to sue British magazine Grazia over claims that she has been seeing a diet specialist in Los Angeles in an attempt to shed some weight. The actor told reporters on the red carpet at the BAFTAs that the claims were "completely untrue," and that she planned to take the necessary steps to clear up the matter.

Daniel Baldwin's arraignment on charges of unlawfully taking a vehicle and receiving stolen property has been postponed for another week. The actor was scheduled to be in court Tuesday after explaining that he missed a court appearance last week because he was in Detroit shooting a film. Baldwin is also expected at a hearing on Feb. 22 related to his April arrest for being under the influence and possessing a cocaine-ingesting device.

Tom Cruise and Ben Stiller are teaming up to star in as sleuths in The Hardy Men, an action comedy based on the classic kiddie series, The Hardy Boys, the trades report. Meanwhile, the duo is also reportedly discussing a potential collaboration on Tropic Thunder, the upcoming film Stiller is directing for DreamWorks.
