Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne's English country home was scorched by flames Thursday morning, the result of a faulty lamp, according to the fire service. No members of the family were home at the time. Grammy-winning R&B producer Dallas Austin was released from a Dubai prison after being pardoned on drug charges by Sheik Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

Kylie Minogue told Sky News that she and her family "fell to pieces" upon learning of her breast-cancer diagnosis last year but that she still wanted to continue her Showgirls world tour and had to be talked out of it. After completing chemotherapy in December, the Australian singer is preparing to resume the tour, now called the Showgirls Homecoming Tour. "I feel like I've got a second chance at life. It's like a new life," Minogue said in the interview, which airs July 16.

Grammy-winning producer Dallas Austin, who has crafted songs for TLC, Madonna, and Michael Jackson, pled guilty Sunday to cocaine charges in the United Arab Emirates country of Dubai. Austin faces up to four years in prison when he is sentenced Tuesday, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

15-year-old Joanna "JoJo" Levesque will sing "The Star-Spangled Banner" at Tuesday's "The Capitol Fourth," which will air on PBS.
