7th Heaven (CW; ends at 8 PM)-Ruthie is in a state of panic when she learns that Eric and Annie (who does not appear in the episode) are flying to Scotland with the intention of bringing her back to Glenoak.  After agonizing over the decision, Kevin decides it's time to tell Lucy about her father's fatal heart condition.  Meanwhile, Sandy figures the best way to get rid of her overzealous boyfriend is to accept Martin's marriage proposal, and Kevin discovers that Jane (guest star Sarah Mason) is hiding a big secret from the Camdens.

Hogan Knows Best (VH1; ends at 7:30 PM)-Linda and Hulk don't understand when their neighbors mention they keep kosher, but when Linda insists on throwing a block party, Hulk and Nick must find kosher food before the guests arrive in order for the Hogans to avoid another neighborhood controversy.

Breaking Bonaduce (VH1; ends at 8 PM)-Danny fears he's losing his family, so he sees his psychiatrist to get his medication levels checked.  Since Gretchen is very close to filing for divorce, Danny decides the only way to win her back is by spending more time with his kids and taking on more parental duties.

Cold Case (CBS; ends at 9 PM)-When a mailman is found dead in his home, several bags of undelivered mail are discovered, including a letter postmarked 31 years ago and is now a major piece of evidence in the 1975 case involving a missing girl.  Lilly and the detectives learn that the missing girl, Melanie (guest star Savannah Stehlin), was abducted from her bedroom window and her best friend's, Cherise's (guest star Gabby Soleil in 1975; Judith Scott in 2006) brother Terrell (guest star Dee-Jay Daniels in 1975; Bobby Hosea in 2006) was the number one suspect.  The case takes shape when postal workers from 1975 admit that they would not deliver mail to the Black families in the neighborhood and did not like the friendship between Melanie and Cherise.  In 1975, racial discrimination made everyone a suspect and now Lilly and the team must find out what really happened to Melanie.

Aqua Teen Hunger Force (Adult Swim; ends at 11:45 PM)-Shake is busy expectorating in order to make a mucus-man.  Frylock notes that the mucus must be heated to the proper consistency, so Shake brings home a grill, the Char-Nobyl 6000, which uses "actual pieces of the sun combined with some radioactive vials from Chernobyl."  After starting it, Shake cannot turn the grill off.  The heat it produces is intense, and the ionizing radiation it emits destroys the ozone layer, leading eventually to the enslavement of mankind.
