In reality TV news: Alaina Alexander, a 24-year-old pursuing a career in music from West Hollywood, CA; Leslie Hunt, a 24-year-old dog walker from Chicago, IL; Nicholas Pedro, a 25-year-old account executive from Taunton, MA; and A.J. Tabaldo, a 22-year-old shipping service supervisor from Santa Maria, CA; got the boot Thursday on FOX's "American Idol 6," while Antonella Barba...she of the racy Internet photo spread and questionable vocal skills...made it through to the next round, possibly thanks to the endorsement of anti-Idol Website votefortheworst.com. Also on Thursday, Liliana Gomez, a 25-year-old loan officer from Oxnard, CA, was sent home from CBS's "Survivor: Fiji" after the Moto tribe opted to go to Tribal Council rather than giving up their posh camp. Gary Stritesky, a 55-year-old school bus driver from Ramsey, MN, went home as well due to illness. Finally on Thursday, Angela Hacker, a 29-year-old mother from Florence, AL, defeated her brother Zac Hacker, a 23-year-old also from Florence, and David St. Romain, a 28-year-old from Baton Rouge, LA, on the season finale of USA's "Nashville Star 5."

Twenty-two days after her sudden death on Feb. 8, Anna Nicole Smith was finally laid to rest next to her son, Daniel, in the Bahamas after her life was celebrated in an "over-the-top" pink-themed funeral featuring a performance by country star Joe Nichols. About two dozen mourners were graveside for the somber burial, including Smith's companion, Howard K. Stern, former lover, Larry Birkhead, and mother, Virgie Arthur. Meanwhile, an attorney for Arthur told the Associated Press she will likely make another attempt to get her daughter's body out of the Bahamas, but declined to elaborate on possible legal action. Arthur had battled to have her daughter's remains buried in Texas, but lost her appeal on Wednesday.

Rosie O'Donnell apologized to Elisabeth Hasselbeck on her blog after clashing with her "View" co-host over politics for the umpteenth time Wednesday when Hasselbeck said she favored giving the government access to private citizens' phone calls. O'Donnell responded that she was "very young and very wrong," but later attempted to make nice in one of her signature punctuation- and capitalization-free musings, reading in part, "i said some of elisabeths comments were ignorant/which was ignorant itself."

John Ratzenberger, who played beer-guzzling mailman Cliff Clavin on "Cheers," will replace Vincent Pastore on "Dancing with the Stars" after Pastore bowed out this week, claiming the show was too physically demanding.

Katherine Heigl bashed her "Grey's Anatomy" bosses for publicly discussing details of her salary dispute, stating Thursday she was "disappointed that Touchstone felt it necessary to divulge private employment information." However, Heigl added that she continues to be "passionate about and committed to this character."

In reality TV news: Kathleen DuJour, a 20-year-old hairstylist from from Brooklyn, NY, was the first model eliminated Wednesday from the final 13 contestants on the season premiere of the CW's "America's Next Top Model 8."

Anna Nicole Smith will be buried in the Bahamas Friday, next to her son, Daniel, in an "over the top" ceremony, according to a friend helping to plan the memorial. The former Playmate's body will be dressed in a custom-made gown for the event, which is expected to be attended by about 300 guests at an undisclosed church.

Both James Caan and Nikki Cox are leaving "Las Vegas," per the Hollywood Reporter. Caan is reportedly departing the show in order to return to making movies, while Cox's character is apparently being written out of the show, possibly to save money. Cox's spokesperson told the Reporter she's "very sad and shocked" by the decision.

Miss USA Tara Conner is calling her time in rehab "an awakening" and told Kentucky's Herald Leader that getting treatment helped her to become the "genuine Tara."

A Florida appeals court upheld a judge's ruling allowing Anna Nicole Smith to be buried in the Bahamas in accordance with the decision of Dannielynn's court-appointed guardian, who was awarded custody of the remains last week. Smith's mother, Virgie Arthur, lost her battle to have her daughter to be buried in her home state of Texas. Arthur finally met her five-month-old granddaughter, Dannielynn, on Tuesday at the waterfront home in the Bahamas where Howard K. Stern is currently living with the child. Arthur was reportedly seen weeping as she departed the home to return to Florida for an appeals hearing regarding her daughter's final resting place, which she has argued should be in her home state of Texas.

Christie Brinkley recuperated in a Manhattan hospital Wednesday after underwent emergency back surgery to treat an injury she sustained in December while skiing in Aspen, her rep said. The 53-year-old supermodel was expected to be released Friday.

Robert Blake is appealing the $30 million wrongful death judgment against him in the 2001 shooting death of his wife, Bonny Lee Bakley, according to court documents filed Wednesday. The actor's attorney stated the decision against Blake should be reversed due to prejudice and misconduct on the part of the jurors.

Paris Hilton was pulled over for speeding and driving with her headlights off late Tuesday and cited for driving on a suspended license, police said. The heiress reportedly got a ride home from a friend after authorities impounded her Bentley. Her publicist, Elliot Mintz, said Hilton was unaware her license had been suspended and that she was on her way home from shopping for DVDs at the time she was stopped.

Heather Mills has addressed the unasked question on everyone's mind in an interview with "Extra," stating that it's unlikely her prosthetic leg will "fly off" during competition on "Dancing with the Stars," but admitted it would be "quite funny" if it did. "I'll have a strap on which I wouldn't normally in everyday life," Mills explained of her plan to keep her limb attached. Meanwhile, Vincent Pastore is withdrawing from "Dancing with the Stars" on Wednesday, saying the first week of training was too physically demanding for him.

Victoria's Secret model Selita Ebanks told "E! News" that she is not married to her boyfriend, Nick Cannon, despite reports to the contrary. "We are two young people just living life," Ebanks said.

Naomi Campbell told "Extra" that she feels a "deep sense of shame" about throwing a cell phone at her maid during a temper fit over a missing pair of jeans last year. The supermodel pled guilty to misdemeanor assault last month and was ordered to pay her former maid's medical expenses of $363, complete five days of community service, and attend a two-day anger management program.

Walker Edmiston, the voice of Ernie the Keebler Elf in TV commercials, died Feb. 15 at his home in Woodlands Hills, California, from complications of cancer, his daughter said. He was 81.

In reality TV news: The heavily-grilled Timothy Rasmussen, a.k.a. $hamrock, a 23-year-old from Atlanta, GA, won VH1's "ego trip's The (White) Rapper Show" over "King of the 'Burbs" Greg Kaysen, a.k.a. John Brown.

Victoria Beckham's rep is claiming the erstwhile Posh Spice will be appearing in "a real-life documentary" for NBC, as opposed to a reality series as some reports have claimed. David Beckham and the couple's children won't be participating, the rep said. NBC had no comment on the situation.

A Florida appeals court issued a stay in the dispute over Anna Nicole Smith's remains, ruling that the body can not be moved to the Bahamas until the judges hear a challenge from Smith's mother, Virgie Arthur, who has battled for the right to bury her daughter in her home state of Texas. Richard Milstein, the guardian ad litem to Smith's daughter, Dannielynn, was awarded custody of the remains last week and decided the former Playmate should be buried in the Bahamas. A judge made no ruling in the custody dispute over Dannielynn Monday, leaving the infant in the care of Howard K. Stern for the time being. An attorney for Arthur stated that Stern has not permitted her to visit the child, while TMZ reported that Larry Birkhead was finally able to meet the baby he believes is his daughter over the weekend. Meanwhile, Circuit Judge Larry Seidlin, who has been mocked for his tearful ruling in the Anna Nicole case, got an offer to host a new segment called "Morning Justice" on CBS' "Saturday Early Show," the South Florida Sun-Sentinel reports.

"American Idol" semifinalist Antonella Barba's best friend, Amanda Coluccio, with whom she tried out for the talent competition, told the Newark Star-Ledger that Barba is not the subject of racy photos making the rounds on the Internet that purportedly show her in some comprising positions. "She's the least slutty person I know," Coluccio said.

In reality TV news: Lifelong friends (from Season 1) Kevin O'Connor, a 40-year-old forensic accountant from Bayonne, NJ, and Drew Feinberg, a 41-year-old Senior Court Officer from Staten Island, NY, were the second team "Philiminated" Sunday on CBS's "The Amazing Race 11: All-Stars." Also on Sunday, Kevin Greene, a.k.a. the "Bellhop Danny," a 22-year-old hotel bellhop from Rochester, NY, and Kate Rockwell, a.k.a. "Serious Sandy," a 22-year-old waitress from Cincinnati, OH, were eliminated on NBC's "Grease: You're the One That I Want."

Vivid Entertainment saying it has put the DVD release of Kim Kardashian Superstar, the three-year-old sex tape the socialite made with then-boyfriend Ray J, on hold while execs try to arrange a meeting with Kardashian. The daughter of late celebrity attorney Robert Kardashian filed a lawsuit last week to block the video's release.
