In reality TV news: Bucky Covington, a 28-year-old from Rockingham, NC, became the latest contestant voted off of FOX's "American Idol 5" Wednesday night. Rod Stewart will perform next week and take a turn coaching the seven remaining pop star hopefuls. Also on Wednesday, married parents Michelle Garner, a 36-year-old homemaker, and Lake Garner, a 37-year-old dentist, both from Hattiesburg, MS, were "Philiminated" on CBS's "The Amazing Race 9." Third on Wednesday, Leslie Mencia, a 18-year-old student from Higley, AZ, became the sixth girl eliminated from UPN's "America's Next Top Model 6." Finally on Wednesday, Andrea Beaman, a 38-year-old a natural nutritionist and holistic counselor from New York, NY, was eliminated on Bravo's "Top Chef." She had previously been eliminated earlier, but when anther contestant, Cynthia Sestito, dropped out to care for her father who was dying of cancer, she came back to replace Cynthia. On Thursday, Sally Schumann, a 27-year-old social worker from Chicago, IL, was the ninth castaway voted off the island on CBS's "Survivor: Panama."

Chad Michael Murray told People magazine that his new fiancée Kenzie Dalton is "definitely not" pregnant, despite speculation to the contrary.

Comedy Central has banned "South Park" creators from showing an image of the Islamic prophet Muhammad, in an episode that was intended to comment on the controversy created by a Danish newspaper's publishing of caricatures of the prophet.

"Beverly Hills, 90210" alum Tori Spelling's first marriage to actor Charlie Shanian will officially be dissolved on Apr. 20, allowing her to marry new fiancé Dean McDermott. The two were married a little more than a year.

Dave Chappelle told Esquire about the "cultural, professional and personal" reasons he left his hit Comedy Central show last year and walked away from $50 million.

Great Britain's Prince Harry participated in graduation ceremonies Wednesday from the country's elite Sandhurst military academy which he entered in May, 2005, to train as an army officer. The young prince said he hopes to join his comrade-in-arms on the frontline in Iraq or Afghanistan.

In reality TV news: Gold Rush members Lenny Veltman, a 37-year-old trading company owner from the former U.S.S.R. (and currently lives in East Brunswick, NJ), and Leslie Bourgeois, a 28-year-old realtor from Houma, LA, were fired Monday on NBC's "The Apprentice 5."

Original "Survivor" winner Richard Hatch is being held in protective custody and kept apart from other prisoners in a Plymouth, Massachusetts jail while awaiting sentencing later this month. Hatch could face up to 13 years behind bars.

Finola Hughes will return to "General Hospital" as Anna Devane, the role she originated two decades ago.

Matt Lauer has re-upped his "Today" show contract through spring 2011, in a deal reportedly worth more than $13 million a year.

Meredith Vieira revealed in the May issue of More that she was once involved in an abusive relationship. "He would slap me and then make up, saying, 'I'll never do this again,' crying," the newly named "Today" show co-anchor recalled.

In reality TV news: 24-year-old rich Nick and 26-year-old poor Michael were eliminated Friday on the WB's "Survival of the Richest." On the premiere episode, 25-year-old rich Kat and 25-year-old poor Esmeralda were the first ones eliminated.

Kiefer Sutherland has signed an eight-figure deal to continue starring on FOX's "24" through May 2009. The deal also includes a two-year development deal for Sutherland's soon-to-be launched production banner.

NBC is not expected to air any additional episodes of "Heist" after this week. The show lost about 800,000 viewers after moving to its new time slot opposite "Lost."

A Los Angeles judge has turned down Robert Blake's request for a new trial in the civil wrongful death suit stemming from his wife's slaying.
