An L.A. judge has dismissed Kevin Sorbo's lawsuit against Universal Studios for allegedly cheating him out of about $5 million in profits from his old "Hercules" TV show. The judge ruled the actor didn't have enough evidence to win at trial.

The Parents Television Council is calling on NBC to remove the uncensored version of its "D**k in a Box" "Saturday Night Live" skit from YouTube and the NBC Website, complaining that the network "will stop at nothing to find loopholes for its indecent programming to reach the public." The conservative organization is taking issue with the word "d**k," which was bleeped 16 times in the version that aired on television but not in the online version.

Miss "Second Chance" USA Tara Conner has entered a Pennsylvania rehab program Thursday, Donald Trump confirmed to People magazine. The beauty queen is expected to remain in treatment for three weeks. Meanwhile, Mothers Against Drunk Driving is cutting ties with Miss Teen USA Katie Blair over reports that she was seen partying in New York clubs with Conner. Per the Miss Universe Organization, the 18-year-old beauty queen's crown is not in danger.

Miss Nevada USA Katie Rees was stripped of her title Thursday after racy photos of her kissing other women and exposing one of her breasts surfaced on the Internet, pageant officials said.

Kimberly Dozier, the CBS News reporter who was seriously injured in a car bombing in Iraq last May, is writing a story about her recovery for the CBS News Website in which she thanks the U.S. military and the medical professionals who saved her life.

"The King of Queens" will end its nine-season run in May, CBS announced Thursday.

The head of marketing for a Milwaukee company that sells Festivus poles is saying he is not concerned that Michael Richards' racist rant will hurt sales, because true "Seinfeld" fans know "it was a Constanza holiday, not a Kramer holiday." A Los Angeles Superior Court judge is ordering Anna Nicole Smith to submit her infant daughter, Dannielynn, to paternity testing to settle once and for all Larry Birkhead's claims that he is the child's father, not Howard K. Stern, as Smith claims. "Christmas has come early, and I thank God that I will soon have the opportunity to prove that I am the father of Dannielynn and eventually hold her in my arms," Birkhead said Thursday.

Mike Evans, who played Lionel Jefferson on "The Jeffersons" and "All in the Family," died last week of throat cancer. He was 57.

In reality TV news: Yul Kwon, a 31-year-old management consultant who currently resides in San Mateo, CA, won the million-dollar prize on CBS's "Survivor: Cook Islands" in a 5-4 final vote Sunday over fellow Aitu tribemate Oscar "Ozzy" Lusth, a 25-year-old waiter from Venice, CA. The narrow victory was one of the closest in the 13 cycles of the show.

Joe Barbera, half of the Hanna-Barbera animation team that created classic cartoon characters such as Tom and Jerry, Yogi Bear, and the Flintstones, died at his home Monday of natural causes. He was 95.

"E! News" anchor Giuliana DePandi and original "Apprentice" winner Bill Rancic are engaged. DePandi says Rancic proposed Friday night in his hometown of Chicago. The couple, who have been dating for nearly a year, are planning a wedding next year in DePandi's native Italy.

Donald Trump held a press conference Tuesday morning to discuss the fate of Miss USA Tara Conner, at which he announced that Conner would be allowed to keep her crown after agreeing to enter a rehab program. Trump claimed that many of the allegations about Conner's behavioral issues and personal life were false and that the beauty queen deserves a second chance.

Milan is banning underage and underweight models from its fashion week in February in an attempt to promote a healthier body image. Under the terms of the ban, only models 16 and over and with a body mass index of at least 18.5 will be allowed to strut the catwalk.
